The brain behind the e-library vision are Dr. Victoria Q. Fuentes and Dr. Meleda H. Polita with the support of the school board thru the city Mayor Feliciano Belmonte Jr. and Jose Castro, Asst. Sec. of the Mayor. The CGEAHS was conceived thru the determination and support of the school principal Mrs. Cynthia G. Vidad and the librarians as well, to provide systematizes library services for the students as well as the teachers and other school workers for professional growth and well-informed reading clienteles with the aid of ICT and library resources.
